OK, click on Start, and type CMD in the Run box and OK. When the window opens type the following and hit Enter.

ipconfig /flushdns (there's a space in the middle)

Then type exit and hit Enter again.

    See if that helps.

Try going to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and click the Reset button.

There are dubious entries in your log, so in the absence of our Spyware guys, you can help yourself by following these instructions....

Paste the HiJackThis log into the H2G Detective, and follow any instructions given.

Next download and install, using default settings, the free version of MalwareBytes. Run it's updater and then run a system scan.

If that doesn't help, come back and we'll show you how to change your DNS server settings.

    1. Done reset in Internet options---attempted youtube and other blocked sites RESULT "IE cannot display webpage" diagnose conn probs.

    2. Did the HG2 Detective with "HJT" followed advice in safe mode and deleted entries---- RESULT "IE cannot display display webpage" diagnose conn probs.
