Default thunderbird email

Never had this problem. Running windows xp. Go to my documents where my pictures are. Right click on picture and when menu comes up click on send to mail recipient. But doesn't do nothing. Used to go straight to my thunderbird email Any suggestions? Have allready got thunderbird as my default program.

Are you sure you were sending them by TB? My understanding is that this process is linked with either Outlook or Outlook Express (or Windows Mail for Vista .. not sure on this one).
