    Default help with windows xp corrup or missing msg

    Is there any way to fix my windows xp missing or corrupt WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM without the windows xp cd or repair cd?

    I actually did see that tut but I was not lucky enough to get into the recovery console and I do not have the windows xp cd which is why I asked the question so Im guessing the answer is no. Thank you anyway.

    Not exactly.....

    There is a way to get the windows recovery console without the origional CD, but you need an ISO writer to create it.

    Nero has one, and i can suggest a free ISO writer if you dont have nero.

    An ISO writer is an application that allows you to write a Disk Image to a writable CDr, so you will need access to a CD writer also.

    If you have the CD writer, and still require help, please post back and i'll supply the relevant links.
