    Red face USB port

I have a desktop Dell computer and the only one USB port on front of the computer works for the printer but will not work for my iPod docking station or will not work with the iPod Nano. The Nano worked earlier today and now will not. Any thoughts on a solution????

    Thanks

The USB ports on a computer do not have a great amount of power to run USB reliant equipment. I would suggest you invest in a powered USB hub, you will be able to plug in a number of units (I'd get one that has at least 4 outlets) and the power comes directly from a power outlet at a power bar. If you have USB outlets at the back of the tower, connect the hub to one of those, leaving the front one for ease of use with a memory stick or camera connection.
