2. Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and start downloading, installing, updating and scanning with anti-malware programmes (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SUPERAntiSpyware, Spybot Search&Destroy), going through the list of Sturtup items, analysing HijackThis log etc.

Sorry for repeating myself but I really think this is the best way to deal with your problem now. Those 2 errors you have are just "visible" leftovers from malwares that BitDefender removed, but there might me much more you don't see. Those 2 are quite easy to remove but that won't be enough if you need your OS completely cleaned.

Ok gents. I've gone through that process a few times through here, and will make sure that I follow the steps to the letter, then post all necessary logs.
