    Default Rundll error

A few weeks ago I was looking for codecs for Win Media player so I could play 3GP files from my phone, on the PC.
Anyway, I Was steered into a sight "Recommended by MS", (I should have known better) and Dl'd this software......., long story short, Nothing is free except the download, Hey, Just like it said.
I uninstalled the alleged "Freeware" and am stuck with this error that pops up about an hour after start up. Until I click on OK, the system hangs a bit.

I've Googled "paretologic" till blue in the face. Been through the registry from top to bottom.
    I must be missing something.

WinXP Home all current on a Dell Dimension 9150.

    Ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jeff
