    Default outlook express

I have an old computer that has been in storage awhile. I am starting it back up. The problem is that the outlook express passwords have been lost long ago. Is there away to reinstall outlook so I can start all over again?

    System Gateway Select 1100
    Purchased 05 01
Came with Windows Millennium, updated to Windows XP 06 04

I have all the system restoration CDs and the Windows XP upgrade CD.

    Thanks , Henry

See if any help is here outlook express repair kit. Let us know. Quite a bit of reading. You could consider using another E-Mail client.

    Default Thanks for the help

I have looked at the Outlook Express repair sites, plus some other that were suggested. There doesn't seen a way to reload Outlook. I see that using a third party password search site is risky. I just started the older computer up fool around to see what I could learn. Things I would not do to my current computer. Thanks for you suggestions.

Why not download and install Windows Live Mail, then you can create a new account with a new password. When you install it, all your data from Outlook Express is optioned to import if you care to have it in storage folders.

Good luck and a Happy New year to you.

    kind regards,
