    Default Unable to download a Gif file

    I have been sent an attached file " image gif file" by email I have been unable to access it I cant save it or look at it when I try my ulead program comes up with just a picture of the Ulead logo in the middle of the working area ? thanks for any help cheers Jim.

    Try right clicking on the file > Open with > and select 'choose program', the drop window will appear > select 'Windows picture and Fax Viewer' > OK. It should open for you.
