    Default Network Map Unusual

I am currently in Iraq, my ISP is Tigrisnet, the internet is ran throughout my building via ethernet cables, lots of them 4-6 per room with 16 rooms total. 2 floors with each floor having a locked box where all the cables converge. I am using Windows Vista, when I open my network map it shows my computer---> hub--->gateway-->internet

    XBOX
The XBOX is coming down off the hub, I do not own an XBOX never have, nor have I ever had one connected to my computer. Last night it showed 2 XBOXs on my map. Some of the soldiers in my building do have XBOXs. Are they somehow eating my bandwidth or hacked me?? I have a internet connection but it is painfully slow.

    Who controlls the network?

It all depends on how its set up. If its all via one router, then yes, its shared, and the more people using it will slow you down.

The specifics of the connection will be best answered by the network administrator.
    Always remember you're unique.
