    How long ago did you buy it?

    If you look around online, you can find an XP upgrade version for around $75. To use the upgrade, you will need a Windows 98 or ME CD (perhaps you have one or can borrow one from a friend). You need not install the 98 version, just have it to put in CD drive when asked for. Having a previous version of Windows make you eligible for the upgrade.

    not to hijack the thread but I use these guys all the time to purchase restore disks and recovery media from big name OEM machines. I've never paid more then $35.00 USD for a set:

    ::RestoreDisks.com!

    They sell your set for XP Home and Pro at $34.99 which includes shipping.
