    Default Firefox problem

I don't know why this is happening but every time I load firefox, close it down, then try to reload it doesn't want to know. It comes up with the message in the image attached. Can anyone explain what's happening and how to stop this message constantly appearing please.

If you solve a problem, please do post how you solved it so that others who come across the issue can try it themselves in the future.

When troubleshooting issues / problems in the Firefox browser the first thing to consider is running the browser in it's own safe mode, not to be confused with windows safe mode. See link for that information.

    Safe Mode
