    Default Mouse not Working

I have Microsoft Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard Model #100 & Intelli Mouse Explorer 2.0 Model#1007 and was using Windows XP. Both were working perfectly. Recently I have switched over to Windows 7 Ultimate. Download the software from Microsoft site for Windows7.Keyboard is working perfectly but Mouse is not working. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I take it you also installed any drivers for the mouse? That being the case, go through the usual ritual of ccecking battries, clean the underside of mouse, make sure the reciever is well installed, right click My Computer > Properties > hardware tab > device manager > open USB entry and see if there are any ! or ? next to any of the entries.

Am on the road to-day, so others will give you further support.
