    Cool uninstalling Bing toolbar

Somehow I installed the Bing toolbar on my desktop. While it's pretty to look at, it's not as practical as my Google Toolbar. How do I uninstall Bing toolbar? There's nothing in my add/remove menu about any toolbar and no mention of Bing.

    Default found the answer

That video was a mess. I found the easy solution. Tools>Options>General. Manage add-ons. Uninstall. I forget what the exact name of the add-on was but it worked out just fine.

Yeah, it was a mess, but it contains the correct info. All you have done is remove it from your browser, not your system. If you wait a few days, it'll pop back!

Try closing all browsers, then going into Add/Remove Programs and look for MSN Toolbar, which is Bing under another name. Uninstall it from there, then go to C:\Program Files\MSN Toolbar and delete all content.
