Outlook Express

Their is something going on with my Outlook Express, when I try to close it does nothing, so i hit the X to close and then i get a box that says (END NOW OR CANCEL). So i hit end now and it takes 20 seconds or so then closes out. Then it wants me to send a report to Microsoft. I emptied almost every thing out of the folders thinking it might be getting full, but it still does not want to close. I have to force it to close. I figure it will crash sometime in the close future. Does somebody know what is going on?
