That may need a couple of lerts 2 figure out. I'm guessing it's for a web site? A real frame like a picture frame? Make a frame in paint and save it as a .jpg????

I would try a Google search too------> Putting a frame on a video

Yes a real picture type frame but not for a website, i want to set up my laptop to run a few short videos in a loop as a screensaver and i thought a frame would look good. I'm trying to learn about video editing and i thought this might be a fun way to learn, but it looks like it might be a bit too advanced for me.

Here's a link to a site that might be somewhat educational! There is also a Forum there where they may be able to answer your questions on how to achieve your goal.

    Hope it helps!
