Default adjust the outlook of a printed email

I have a brother DCP-165C printer, and I am using Outlook express.
Sometimes, when doing a print of an incoming mail, the outprint becomes too big.
The letters are printed in a bigger way than shown in the incoming mail.
    How to solve this problem?
    Please advice.
    Thanks.

    Hi 123john,

Following is a link that will help you to adjust the font size as needed. See under RESOLUTION

OLEXP: Large or Small Font Printing Message from Outlook Express

Let us know if that helps or not.

    Problem not solved.
When doing as guided, only the reading of an e mail is changed.
The print out of an email remains the same.

    Problem solved.
You need to go to IE, and change the size of your text, as follows:
    Go to SHOW:
    hit Textsize, and adjust.

    Hi 123john,

Yes. you have to access both IE and Outlook Express as pointed out in the link above:

To resolve this problem, change the font size to smallest in both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express,
Um .... I think you meant "Go to View" not "Go to SHOW". Correct?

Glad you got it sorted out.

    Hi John,

No need to apologize. I thought that I was the only one who called the View tab "show".
