Try unplugging the power cord from the back of the computer....not the wall socket...wait 20 seconds...then hold the power button in for @ least 10 seconds

Then plug the power cord back into the back of the computer and try to boot

Hopefully it will reset the motherboard and start

When you shut it down was it a normal shut down from Windows Start menu?

I also suggest that you contact the seller immediately and have them check it...is it under a sales warranty?

Do not do anything to void the warranty

If you get it to boot... back up your important data and create backup disks immediately too

Also, check all your cable connections... especially USB cables for proper connections

Improper Keyboards and wifi connections may be an issue too

Check the CDROM for a CD...remove it if required ...then reboot
