    Default Internet Explorer Problem?

When I try to log on to Turbo Tax "ItsDeductible Online" via Internet Explorer I get the message "This content requires the Adobe Flash Player". I have Adobe Flash Player. I also cannot open certain pages on my Chase account. I can do all of the above thru Google Chrome, but would rather use Explorer. I am running Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron 17 Notebook. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You need the latest IE9 version and Adobe Flash Player 11
Do you have 32Bit or 64Bit?....be sure you download the proper version
Flash Player | Adobe Flash Player 11 | Overview

    Also, try the following:
    • Press Alt and X, click Internet options, click Advanced tab, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering, restart Internet Explorer.
