How long ago? ...try a system restore

    BTW:
    1. Audio
Audio drivers increase or enable functionality for sound, by enabling the speaker ports to transmit sound.
Audio drivers can typically fix no sound issues and sound quality issues.

have you downloaded a new audio driver from the dell website?

im in the uk, so this link may not work for you:

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United Kingdom]

if not, go here: Dell Official Site - The Power To Do More | Dell scroll down to the bottom of the page, and find the 'support' section, and click 'drivers and downloads'.

choose your system spec and download the driver.

remember, after downoading, you have to click on the downloaded file to install it. (so many people i help say they hae downloaded new drivers and forget they have to install them afterwards!)
    Always remember you're unique.

    ...Just like everyone else!
If your problem is solved, here's how to say thanks!

I will get back with you

Sorry, Mr Darn had a good idea too...if you have no sound...just meant drivers either work from a port or they don't
(they can not fix issues or help quality)
Since you removed the audio we need to address that too
