Hi Machine,
A few questions:
1.) Could you tell us the make/model # , desktop or laptop and OS of the computer, please?
2.) Can you boot into Safe Mode?
3.) How many beeps do you hear?
4.) Are the beeps long...short...or combination of both?
5.) Do you know the BIOS brand on this computer?
examples:
Award Bios, Ami Bios, Phoenix BIOS, Compaq, Dell, or Acer Bios.
If you can boot into safe mode you might be able to do a System Restore. If that is not possible this could be a hardware issue though we'll have to troubleshoot to verify.I am currently taking a degree in Malware Removal, and during this time, it is not appropriate for me to offer any assistance in the analysis of or the removal of Malware. Thank you for understanding.

Hi Machine,
Having your Sister sign up and deal "directly" with DonnaB's assistance would be best if possible at all.

Hi Machine,
I have to agree with zep516 on having your sister register as a member. Passing information along through a 3rd party means could be easily misinterpreted.

Yes I told her that already, She said her grandson deleted some stuff off and it works again but I asked her if she e-mailed me today after I got off the phone she said no. I told her I recieved on from her but it did not seem right so I did not open it. It also was send to 4 or 5 of her email friends. So She was going to call them to tell them not to open anything from her. The letter had nothing where avast scanned it to tell me and the page only had a ulr address to click on .
So I just deleted it.
Thanks Again for all your imput to this problem I will talk to her this week and tell her again to sign up.

Machine,
Sounds like her email acct might have been hacked. If she uses an online mail service like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., then tell her to change her email acct passwords. If she is using a locally installed email program (such as Outlook, Windows mail, etc. for example), and the spam shows up in her sent folder then there's a possibility that there is a virus on the computer.
She really should have her computer checked by our malware removal expert to ensure she is not infected.
