    Hi,

    Isn't that what the problem started with "Watching Videos". From your first post that's what you indicated. I'd maybe consider getting a cheap card at Newegg, install it and give a whirl. Failing Vid cards can cause all sorts of issues, usually bluescreens and fun things like that

    Thanks for all your help everyone. I will pick up a cheap card for this machine sometime soon. In the meantime, for any others who read through this issue, let me advise against these "low-profile" desktops, since upgrades are so limited.
