    Default Computer stuck by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE

    Using Windows 7 Professional, the Computer stuck by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE and have to restart by force. Please advise me in this regard.

    Not normal....usually the task bar appears with an option to quit a particular problem ....like a program freeze.....you should have an option to shut down or restart in Win XP via the task manger or to simply to end a bad program task....not so in Win7...in win 7 you should get an end task option only....you still need to select the hanging program from those listed in the task manager and select end task

    If it continues you may need to reinstall the damaged program or app ....it is probably corrupted

    1) Why are you using ctrl-alt-delete to restart your computer?

    2) Did you run into a problem (computer freeze, perhaps?) that facilitated your using this keyboard combination?

    3)What problems have been occurring before this happened?

    4) Has this happened only this once or is it a reoccurring problem?
