Link does not work

Having recently started my new wedding photography business, (I am not advertising my business) I just need help with a link I received. I was keen to look at Digital Wedding secrets website as part of my research.

I first saw this site last year and had no problem accessing the the site or its information...but now when I click on the link in my email or even locate the site through any search engine all I get is the following message........

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I had cause to complain to the owner of this site earlier this year saying I could not access the site after this kept happenning and to date I have had no reply to my queries from the owner nick smith.

My question is 1/ Would there be something wrong with his site links not configured properly or 2/ has the owner put a block on me accessing the site because I complained or 3/ Is there something not configured on my laptop that will allow me to access this website.

I am running windows 7 on a samsung RV515 (purchased may 2012) with 500 GB 4GB ram 64 bit with processor AMD E-450 with Radeon(TM) Graphics 1650Mhz cCore(s) 2 Logical

Any advice will as always be appreciated

Sadly, you did not provide the URL (site's address) for us to test. So we cannot tell if the site is up or not, or if it is something with your machine.

If that is the only site you are having problems with, then it is not likely your machine.

According to google its a .net not a .com!

@Tony, if you are sure it is .com, then the site is down. But I think whitenoiz figured it out.
