    It worked fine until 2 days ago. I have tryed a system restore, and had no luck there. It said it restored to a point when everythiing worked fine. I have ran a couple of virus scans, and so far come up empty. I dont know how to find which windows I have?
    Thanks,

    You need to go back to at least two days ago....you can not take the last restore point in most cases
    ============================================================================
    For Windows Version;
    (See info below: give me the Win OS and I will tell you how to go back two days or longer)

    Either in the Start Menu or the Desktop (depending on your settings)

    Right-click My Computer

    Select the Properties option

    Your operating system version will be shown under the General tab

    System restore is basically the same in Windows....the graphics may look a bit different form version to version...but it works the same way

    Since, you already know how to open system restore ....all you needed to do was to check the box "to show more restore points" and go back to a time...when you were not having the log on issue

    Any questions just ask

    Hi abseh1. I have already tried to system restore as you explained to no avail. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I am in the process of removing a few pics that were stored on the desktop under her login in safe mode, and changing her from administrater, so I can delete her as a user, then I think I can re add her as a new user. hopefully that works.
    Thanks,
    FF

    It should...also, run sfc /scannow as admin in the command box....it will check for corrupted Windows files

    To run command as adm...right click on the command icon and choose "run as admin"
