    Hello kilroy623,

Could you please provide us a little more information in regards to your problem? Does the system freeze right away as soon as the computer starts? Are you at least able to get to the desktop? Does it only happen when running a particular application? To get yourself started you can run some standard diagnostics like a memory test and a hard drive diagnostic to make sure those are in proper working order. Your computer should have come with a built-in diagnostics program which you can usually access during the startup of your PC, prior to the Windows loading screen. Depending on your computer it can be different options but is usually one of the function keys (F1-F12). You can also download and run separate diagnostics applications like memtest86 and also go to your hard drive manufacturer's website for their specific diagnostic application.

    Regards,
