    Default No Internet access

    It was using normally the internet but suddenly it became intermitent so I thought it was the wireless card
    so I Ireplaced by a new one but the problem continued. I called to the company which provides the service
    and made some changes in the configuration but no help. When made the ping .....,the report gave us sent
    pack 4 and receive 0, so after several attemps no help and the person who helped told me the problem
    is the connection between the computer and the modem, so how can i found whta the problem is? It has
    windows xp. Hope you can help

    try hard wiring you computer to the modem ... if it works and you have a new wireless card, I would imagine the modem has the problem. Did you try disconnecting the modem from the power supply (reset)?

    Neither with the cable nor wireless works the internet but the modem is ok since an ipad works fine wireless, I turned the power of the
    modem for more than a minute, change the position of the cable, booted the pc without results.Any other suggestion.
