    Default Memory stick P/W protect

Hi, please could you advise me & educate me? I have a 32GB memory stick which foolishly I continue to leave lying around because I forget to put it somewhere safe after use (I blame my age)!! Is it possible to 'password protect' the memory stick so no one else can get access to the data should they find it & try to use it, and if so, how do I do this please? Thank you for your time.

Hi Number7, There are a number of password protect programs out there, I personally have not used one, but this program (which is free) TrueCrypt - Free Open-Source On-The-Fly Disk Encryption Software for Windows 7/Vista/XP, Mac OS X and Linux - Downloads appears to be quite popular.

Stay tuned as others may wish to advise.
