    Default Ipad wont download video

when trying to play bbc iplayer or utube video, the dotted circle keeps trying to load up and I get a message saying DOWNLOADS ARE CURRENTLY TURNED OFF. and" You have insufficient bandwidth to play this program".
Everything has been working fine up till now.
I have gone into settings and everything seems turned on. My home p.c works fine.
    Can you assist please.

Make sure you have all updates
Try uninstalling the reinstalling the BBC iPlayer app on your iPad and see if you can stream

It is possible that some background tasks are still running.

To close them please click on the link below.

Try this if the iplayer doesn't load on the IPAD,IPHONE,PS3 etc,
...Change the time to UK time on your gadget.

Another option is to call your ISP

I live in the USA ....but, do know that you have local and global in BBC...Germany is global by default
(if you travel it can change too)

I have now worked out what the problem was.
Somehow the router home hub Wi fi connection into my ipad had dropped off and had been automatically been transferring to BT Wi Fi, and not my own router home hub.
I eventually re programmed my hub key code into my ipad and it has rectified itself. My home P.C had not been affected.

    Many thanks

    Dave.
