    Default Router help

    Hi,
Although I know very well it is not recommended or appreciated, I have private messaged Zep and Araknid because I feel it's a security risk to post the question on here. That's just me and it's a pretty simple question about my router.
Can one of the mods let me know if my question will just go unanswered because I asked it in a private message?
    No problem if it will.
    Thank you.

Hi turquoise122, You'll probably get a response from Zep, but unfortunately Araknid hasn't been on site for quite awhile. When last I spoke with him he was having some health issues, I hope he is doing well.

You can always call the router manufacturer, they do have help lines. Bet Zep will be able to help you though.

Still haven't heard from him and will try again. Thanks for the tip on the router help line.
