    Hi 123dhills,

One of the most common causes of the “Unfortunately, Settings has stopped” error is a lack of free Random Access Memory (RAM). Clearing the device’s RAM is one of the best ways to get rid of this error.

    • Navigate to the device’s onboard RAM Manager.
    • Clear the device’s RAM by tapping on Clear RAM or something similar.
    • Run the Settings app and it should run without producing any errors.

Let me know the results, please.

    Donna
