    Default Amazon Fire problem

I bought two Amazon Fire tablets for my kids. They only use them for youtube and a few school websites. Recently i have been getting e-mails from Amazon saying i have bought apps and games. The price is always 0 (nothing) so i ignored them. But after getting ten of them in two days i sent them to the Amazon phishing e-mail address. When i looked at the tablets everything seems aimed at buying stuff from Amazon. The games are either free trials or free until you reach a certain level then you have to pay to continue. How can i delete all this rubbish? I would like to reset them so they have no connection to Amazon.

    Hi Grezaldo,

I do apologize for the delay. Is there an option at the bottom of the email(s) to unsubscribe to those emails?

Donna... The problem is not the e-mails, it is the fact that everything they do is aimed at buying something from Amazon.

See if there is anything in the link below that will help:

Remove an App from Your Fire Tablet

If you reset to defaults, I am pretty sure nothing will change afterwards. I'll look around a bit to see what more I can find.

Hey Grezaldo. Dont know Donnas link helped you or not. I acctually bought the same tablet for my girlfriend and we got the same emails. I think its preinstalled becouse i tryed a hard reset and the same thing happend again live casino spel. The best thing to do is just what Donna say. I talked with support and they told me that even if i didnt uninstall the games i still didnt have to pay anything. They are just trying to sell the games/apps. Hope it helped!

Looks like the tablet is designed as an advert for Amazon, they have even made their own operating system. I found this https://www.howtogeek.com/270382/how...-stock-android. I will try to unamazon it.
