    MY COMPUTER IS VERY SLOW WHILE BOOTING AND WHILE BROWSING, I HVE 128 MB RAM 8GB HARD DISK AND MY DISK IS JUST ONE THIRD FULL.I HAVE TRIED DEFRAGMENTING THE HARDDISK AND I KEEP EMPTYING MY TEMPORARY INTERNET FOLDER.BUT STILL THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT.
    BY THE WAY MY CPU IS CELERON 333 MHZ.COULD ANY ON E HELP ME OUT

    One problem could be having too many programs loading at startup and staying open during a net session.
    You can get some idea how many by looking in the systems tray on the task bar (Next to the clcok) or by pressing the ctrl alt del keys together. The longer the list the more programs running in the background.
    Many of these can eliminated.
    Right click on the task bar, choose properties>Start Menu>Remove. Scroll down to the Start Up Menu and delete whatever you do not want running which could be all of them.
    Also download and run adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com
    This will rid your system of any spyware that can slow a system down.
