    Hi,
Maybe my printer, a HP 670C, needs to be taken in to a technician (or maybe replaced), but I thought I'd see if anyone has anything I can try first. It was working fine, in the middle of printing a document, when it got a paper jam. I cleared the jam and it hasn't worked since. Is this just a coincidence? To start with I was getting the error message "incorrect parameters". Now I get "The Printer is not responding" (like, I didn't know that?). I've tried all the troubleshooting, it won't print a test page and when I try to check 2-way communication, I get the hourglass, but nothing every happens and I have to alt-ctl-del. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks.

    Hi
I have a HP 932 and when it is out of ink color or black it will stop printing.
Check the in levels to see how much is left
    Go to programs
    Hp printer
Hp tool box and check inkk levels
Make sure your printer is on

before you spring for a new printer go into Start-settings-printers and delete your printer. restart and let it reinstall...

Thanks for both these ideas. I'll try them tonight and let you know.

I would disconnect the printer, uninstall the drivers and reboot.
Download the latest drivers, reinstall the printer and install the new drivers.
