    INVALID SYSTEM DISK
REPLACE THE DISK,AND THEN PRESS ANY KEY

IT SAY THAT AND I DO NOT HAVE NO DISK IN THE COMPUTER OR NO CD IN THE CD-ROM.

I don't know your boot squence but I suspect it's c: , cd rom , a: It sounds like a hard disk failure. Since it can't boot from c: it tries to boot from the cd-rom hence the cd-rom failure message then a: hence the invalid system disk. Boot using a floppy disk and acess c: (type c If you get an invalid drive message either you hard drive is bad or hasn't been formatted or hasn't been set up in cmos.
