    Hi,

I have a computer with Windows 95. I am not able to find the mouse pointer in normal mode. and if I open in safe mode I am able to see the mouse pointer. Why it is like this? I ran scandisk and anti virus and there are no problems. Can anyone help in fixing this problem.

In safe mode the system uses the Windows default mouse driver.
In normal mode it most probably uses whatever driver was installed.
Download and install the latest driver for your mouse.

How to install the driver for mouse. Where they are available? Can I instal the same when the computer is in safe mode? Can you please give me a detailed procedure on how to go about since I do not have much know how about the computers.

    Thanks

Try going to the device manager and removing the mouse (in normal mode) then restart the computer. It's a lot of alt-tabbing but it should do the trick
