When I hit the down arrow in the address bar I notice a bunch of websites on there that I did not go to. Is there any way to track those websites to see when they were accessed and at what time.

Yes go to the history folder of your computer and select view>details.

    win9x/me c:/windows/history

    xp/2000: c:/documents and settings/(username)/local settings (this is a hidden folder)/history

make sure you either have view>details selected
    or
instead of using the windows explorer start in the my documents folder by double clicking this will show you details on the left hand side of the screen.

The history also adds pop ups and virtually any site your system accessed. My suggestion is to set history to less than the default days. I chose 3 days. (In IE click tools>internet options> In History change the days kept.
