I have an old 400MHz Celeron... Not long ago it just stopped working.
I mean, the fan turns on, but no drives load, and nothing shows up on the monitor. Could my MOBO have burned up and that be the problem?
    Please help. Thanks

This could be any of a number of problems.
The most obvious is the bios settings. It could be as simple as a flat battery on the motherboard.
If the bios cannot be accessed nothing works.
