I keep getting a message saying "snbkktga Nav has detected a virus auth by you"
I have no idea what this is about - I have run several virus checks with Norton, and can find nothing on my comp. Please help. I would like to know why I keep getting this message, and how I can stop it.

SORRY  i cant think of a virus that does that! Do you know where the virus is? Or just the error message, send me the virus, ill look at the code and figure out what it does subject it virus. If all else fails you cam reinstall the os which will delete everything, however you are pretty stuck

This sounds like a bogus message probably caused by some malicious program.
Go to http://www.housecall.antivirus.com and do a free online virus check. Close Norton before doing this, then toss it in the bin where it belongs.
