    Hello People,

I have a small network of 3 PC's at work:
    that connect via a hub.

Main PC W98se(which has printers & internet access etc).

One PC with ME & one with W95.

Both secondry PC's can see the main one and access files.

The main one can see the ME PC and access its files.

Problem is the main one and the ME one cannot see the W95 one or access its files.

I need to solve this as I want to attach a printer to the W95 PC (in different part of building)and be able to print on it from all 3 PC's.

Any help you guys could give would be appreciated.

There were two versions of Win95. The first was not very good at networking. The second was better but still no where near perfect.
You would be better off upgrading the Win95 to Win98

    Thanks Whoozhe

Funny how the answers seem obvious once you see them!

Whoozhe (or anybody that can help),

I have upgraded the W95 computer to W98se
(This is an HP Brio 82xx by the way).

Now as well as the main PC not seeing this one, it can't see the main PC (which it could before).

A colleague suggested downloading the latest HP network drivers which I did but still no joy.

Any suggestions? Another colleague suggested a new network card.....might this be the solution?

    Please help!!!

Check the problem computer. I do know that if there is more than one network card ie Cable and LAN they can clash. The system thinks the LAN is the Cable and visa versa.
Also mismatched components can be a problem
