maaan i just put in my new radeon 9500 pro and everything was workin great for a day or two but then i got a BSOD.. and when i restarted my picture runs off the screen a bit, i try to reset the resolution but it didnt work.. normally the buttons on my monitor work and i can resize it that way but sense i got that bsod, and put my new card in i cant use the monitor options anymore (brightness, degauss, etc)
i heard when upgrading video cards from a GeForce series to a Radeon series people have had alot of probs, more then 70% of the people say i should reinstall windows for best results... what do you think?

Not sure but suggest you register with http://www.ati.com and fire the querie to them.
It could be as simple as too low a refresh rate setting for your monitor. This card needs 85Mhtz refresh rate.
