    Default writer driver

    I am looking for my CD writer driver- when I click on- Adaptec Direct CD Wizard, I get this message from the Adaptec Icon in system tray when I put the mouse arrow on it- "No supported CD-R/CD-RW Drive" any idea what the problem can be Thanks.Jim

    Direct CD differs from normal burning.
    I suggest you ger Nero. It is the best by far.

    Thanks whoozhe I have got a trial download for Nero and I will give it a go, will let you know results, regards Jim.

    use windows update to get drivers
