Thanks folks. I did notice one line which reads
'want Valium now' 8O :? Which would be akin to whipping a three legged horse up a steep icy hill.
I would be very grateful on any help to stop these letters as they are definately not funny. Cheers

No, I have never heard of this address, in fact I only send emails to family, friends and trusted business people, thanks for taking the time to look and reply Basementgeek. Cheers Jim.

I just had another of these mails I looked at where you got the address from off my post; and this latest has this >Final-Recipient: RFC822; jackie768@aol.com
And I have never heard of this, I took a look in my address book in case the addresses had been snuck in it but that has only my known addresses in it :?:

    Woodcock, its spam.

Basically if you are receiving 'could not be delivered' messages then a spammer is spoofing your email address to send spam.

OR you are just receiving this spam and thats it. The only thing you can really do is complain to AOL and forward the messages to their abuse/complaint department.

Also possibly call your isp to see what you can do about it also.
