    Default Email disappears from Outlook

yes, again I have a problem. DANG Domains.

I am using Outlook 2000 and on a domain (win exchange). Whenever I receive an email, read it, and close out of the recent email... the email disapears. It does not go to the deleted file and it does not stay in the Inbox.

    HELP!

ps... my os is Win 2000

    Many thanks!!!

Go to Tools>Options and double check that all the settings are what you want re e-mail. In particular check the advanced settings in some of the tabs. Also the one that may be giving you problems: Preferences Tab > Message handling > make sure 'save copies of messages in sent items folder' is checked.

    Hope this helps

    Default Follow up

I am so eMBA">MBA</a>">MBA">mba</a></a>rrassed! But I did learn from this.

I forgot to ask the user if she had done anything different. Appearently this she was trying to change the view in OUTLOOK. I went to View and sure enough, the user had selected the view that will only show NEW emails.

    DOH!!!

    KEEP IT SIMPLE SILLY!!!
