Default Cannot "share" files/folders on LAN

    Fellow techs,
I had caught a virus that wiped me out, then decided I needed a better AV. I Reformatted my harddrives, reinstalled Win98SE, and installed Nortons 2004 AV/firewall. I followed the instructions for setting up my home network (I have one other PC with WinXP) which entailed allowing both PCs through the firewall. The network is configured normally (NetBeui, adapters,File sharing, etc), but doesn't work.
The thing that stands out is that when I right click on a drive, folder, or file, "sharing" isn't listed in the menu. In the past I had a problem setting up this LAN until I went through all my drives, folders, and files ,selected sharing and shared them all on the network.
I'm sure that if I had "sharing" listed I could finish configuring this network.
Does anyone know why "sharing" wouldn't be listed in my right click menu, even though I have "File and Printer Sharing" enabled.
    Thank you in advance.

Norton Anti System is the problem.
