    Default rtl message - priter will not connect

    I am getting an RTL message that says unable to start driver for hpoid407.exe and I have no idea what that means and if I can fix it.
    Can you help me....

    You have a HP printer?. Go to HP site and d/l latest drivers for your particular model. If this doesn't work then uninstall and reinstall printer and new driver. Regards

    If this is a USB connected printer unplug it , reinstall the drivers etc then plug the printer in.
    This procedure is in the manual
