How can I find out if someone who I share a computer with has installed any programs that might be tracking my computer usage or gaining access to my emails or using any other method to gain access to my privacy?

You can download spyware guard, and spywareblaster
Also download Ad-aware, spybot, i guess you are running a firewall Antivirus, if you want to find out programs that are loaded then you could download belarc advisor, you could run belarc print out a copy and keep as a reference to what is on your computer.

Be sure you set up separatre user accounts for each person. You can require a password to sign on under your name. Your files should not be accessable to the other person, but that really depends on how computer smart the other person is. Charlie
