Hi. I've been having this problem for the past week, whenever I try to open up an executable, I get this error message - " Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have permission...... " I've been searching all over, and I'm tired and frustrated. Can anyone please help me out, out there?!
Run "control.exe" (no quotes) from your Run> Dialog Box.
