    Default PLEASE HELP - DRWATSON

I really need some help here. I cant seem to figure this one out. I have a vpr matrix pc with xp sp2 installed. I got ???drwatson??? (i have no clue what it is or does) and it is causeing more of a problem then help. When ever i try to open up the "My Music" folder it gives me the exporer.exe needs to shut down message then the drwatson needs to shutdown message. Like i said... i cant seem to figure it out? I dont think i have a virus and it only pertains to the my music folder. I also tried adaware and it didnt help. PLEASE FIX MY PROBLEM?!?!?! I cant do much because every time i open the folder it closes... i cant even delete anything in it because of that reason. Also, i tried opening the folder in a generic program (i.e internet explorer) just to see if i could open a doc. or delete it in the open box. It still does the same thing even through the internet explorer and other programs. Please Please help! Thanks

Try changing the folder view to see if that helps.

Default Dr. Watson Is a Program You are Running

I think you can turn it off in your startup programs.

You probably have another problem that Dr. Watson is trying to help with.

You should try to disable it and then see what happens.

    Good luck.

Hello Free2 - I have had a look around and there are some references made to Malware. Go here - http://www.help2go.com/article217.html
and run through the various procedures. You can then post a HiJack Log to the Help 2Go Detective (link at top left of this page, listed under 'Sections') H2G detective is still at test stage so you use at your own risk. Alternatively, post your Log here in this thread and someone will give it the once over, probably Steamwiz who is usually online 8pm to midnight UK time. I'm not saying for certain it IS malware, but going through the above procedures would exclude this possibility. Regards.
