outlook express

I was on outlook express after I signed up for service thou my tv cable company. It worked for a month or so then it wouldn't accept my password. I have tried reappliying. SO many times my keyboard is about worn out! Can someone help me. I have called my tech and he is no help at all. He just said to do as the wizard asks and my password it 1234546. Doesn't work! ANyhelp would be so appreciated. (edit)

Instead of just having him tell you what your password is, tell him you want help with changing your password. Change it to something you will know and can remember. When you set up your email, did you have to enter your incoming and outgoing server? Something like pop.west.cox.net? You may want to set it up again from scratch. Charlie

What version of Windows are you running, is it 2000 or XP? If so see if the link below is helpful.
