    Default PC cables

Does it matter at all if my computer cables are not "organized" like they are just there on the floor all tangled up? is this good or bad?

Depends what you cables have. But I would say no it doesn't matter unless you have problems.
The one good thing to say about tidy cables is that it is easier to clean the carpet round them, (this is according to my cleaning lady, and she can get very vocal on the subject).

In all seriousness it doesn't really "matter" so to speak but just be careful. Too much confusion back there could cause you to unplug something and then plug it in the wrong spot which could then possibly short something out.
